Apartment of Josipa Maras, owner of the first wallpaper factory in Croatia – Studijo Wallart. Josipa paints and designs wallpapers that are produced in her factory. Wallpaper of different types is decorated with a striking design. Some are waterproof and adapted to be placed in bathrooms and kitchens. Josipa received world and international awards for her products. The apartment where he lives with her family (husband, son and daughter) is decorated as a demonstration showroom for what they do. The apartment is located in the city center in a new building on the ground floor.
